Trangia have got together with well-known Swedish outdoor chefs to create this outdoor cookbook with recipes that will inspire the reader to think differently about food cooked outdoors. Trangia Moment - The Outdoor Cookbook is a 90-page book with colour photos that will offer new alfresco recipe ideas and cooking techniques to outdoor chefs.
A collaboration with local outdoor chefs Nathalie Spjälle and Eric Tornblad, this book is divided into 3 parts; Brunch, Dinner and Snacks, and has meals to suit everyone from meat eaters to gluten intolerant and vegans.
The book has the Nordic Eco Label, is Climate Neutral and printed on FSC Standard MIX paper for the least negative environmental impact possible. A percentage of the proceeds from the sale will go to the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation.
The Nordic Ecolabel (Nordic Swan) symbolises trust, integrity and freedom - products need to meet environmental, quality and health criteria. It was established to promote the most environmentally sound products and takes into account factors such as free trade and proportionality (cost vs. benefits).
