We offer Pay in 3 instalment options via Klarna and PayPal.

These are credit agreements provided by Klarna and PayPal. We act only as an introducer and are not a lender.

Late or missed payments may incur charges and affect your credit score. Please ensure you can afford repayments.

9. Delivery

9.1 Delivery charges and times are displayed at checkout.

9.2 Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

9.3 Risk passes to you upon delivery.

9.4 Title to goods passes once full payment has been received.

9.5 Incorrect delivery details may result in additional charges.

10. International Orders

10.1 Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes.

10.2 You are responsible for complying with local laws.

11. Delays (Force Majeure)

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control including weather, strikes, pandemics, or transport disruptions.

12. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

12.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

12.2 You must notify us of cancellation within this period.

12.3 Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

12.4 You are responsible for any reduction in value due to handling beyond what is necessary.

12.5 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return.

12.6 Delivery charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty.

12.7 Custom-made goods cannot be cancelled.

13. Faulty Goods

13.1 Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

13.2 You have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund.

13.3 After this period, we may repair or replace goods.

14. Lost or Missing Items

We follow courier and Royal Mail claim processes before issuing refunds or replacements.

15. Product Use & Breakages

Products must be used appropriately. Damage caused by misuse or environmental factors is not covered.

16. Product Descriptions

Products may vary slightly from images due to manufacturer updates.

17. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel orders where fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.
