Primus SIP Biofuel Power Gas is a more sustainable gas that performs just as well as the standard Primus Power Gas but has less environmental impact. Primus now offer SIP Biofuel Power Gas Cartridges to reduce the CO2 footprint of fossil fuel gas by sourcing it biogas made from food waste instead of fossil-based fuel. All components, from the steel of the canister to the fuel are sourced in Europe. This is Primus’ first step on a journey to provide a more sustainable fuel for outdoor use.
Primus camping fuel has been carbon dioxide-neutral since 2015. To compensate for the emissions and the metal container in the canister gas, Primus invest in focused carbon-offsetting efforts across the globe.
All Primus Power Gas Cartridges have a self-sealing safety valve and internationally standard screw thread so they can be used with many different gas stoves, heaters and lamps.
