Petromax Atago Grill Plate

The Petromax Atago Grill Plate is made in Germany but offers Spanish style plancha grilling to take your Atago BBQ cooking to the next level. The plancha plate securely attaches to the Atago with three rack feet and has multiple temperature zones with your high searing and sizzling heat closer to the centre then moving outward towards the edge which is ideal for keeping food warm prior to serving.

Made of 3mm thick oiled steel the grill is designed to get to heat very quickly with a natural non-stick effect thanks to the patina formation.

Additional firewood or charcoal can be added to the Atago using the central recess and when not in use folds flat with handles to transport.

For added functionality you can add the grill plate cooking attachment that allows you to use pots and pans with its raised lips whilst also preventing any food from falling into the central recess.

The patina that builds up provides a natural non-stick effect that gets better with each use - for this purpose, burn in your griddle carefully before using it for the first time.
