The Kampa Tailgater AIR Awning is an inflatable Drive-Away Awning which can connect to the tailgate of Family SUV sized vehicles using the adjustable connection straps. The Tailgater AIR is simple to set up with two central AirFrame Beams and two fibreglass poles for the rain canopies situated at each end of the awning.
The Tailgater has two access doors both of which have zipped mesh fly-screens to allow for additional ventilation and a window to maximise light. The waterproof clip-in groundsheet rises up at the vehicle edge to cover most of the gap below a vehicle to block wind. Like conventional drive-away awnings the Tailgater can be detached from and left freestanding when heading out for the day.
