Double Edge 6mm to 4mm Kador Strip Awning Connector is used to connect a drive-away awning to a VW T5 Transporter fitted with a Fiamma or Omnistor roll out awning. The 4mm beading on the edge of the Kador Strip slides into the C profile on the leading edge of Fiamma or Omnistor awning and the other standard 6mm beading edge connects via 3 lengths of Figure of 8 Awning Channel onto a drive away awning tunnel.
To detach the drive-away awning simply slide out the Double Sided Kador Strip. To re-attach simply reposition the vehicle and slide the Double Edge Kador Strip back into place.
Most drive-away awning tunnels are between 2.5m and 3m in length, if required, this 3m length of Kador Strip can be easily cut down using a pair of scissors.
