Cadac Grill 2 Braai 40 Cooking Plate

The Cadac Grill 2 Braai 40 is a large, half smooth/half ribbed non-stick cooking surface that fits neatly onto the Carri Chef 40 – ideal for grilling meats, fish and vegetables. This solid BBQ grill plate has a built-in heat deflector to ensure even heat distribution and quick heat up times. The solid grill plate is GreenGrill ceramic coated, which creates a lovely cooking surface and is very easy to clean.

This interchangeable cooking surface is also compatible with the Grillo Chef 40, Citi Chef 40, Citi Chef 40 FS and E Braai 40 range of BBQs - the underside heat deflector must be removed when used with the E Braai 40.

GreenGrill Coating

Cadac’s GreenGrill ceramic coating is organic, PFOA free and non-toxic. Harder and more scratch resistant than traditional non-stick, it retains heat better resulting in lower gas consumption.
