Terms and Conditions Payment:

We accept the following forms of payment:

▪ Cheques should be made payable to ‘FUNKY LEISURE LTD’ ensuring all details are correct with full name and address clearly printed on the back. Obviously, you will need to allow 3-5 working days for the cheque to clear before goods can be despatched.
▪ We do not accept cash sent to us through the post and cannot be held responsible for any losses therewith.
Security:
When you shop with us via our website, all financial transactions are entirely secure. We use SagePay as our payment gateway which provides a 100% secure link between our site and the bank ensuring that all our customers' card details are kept secure throughout the transaction process.
We operate under MasterCard SecureCode, Verified by Visa and fully comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards. We do not store any cardholder information.
Ordering:
We will email you to confirm receipt of your order. Should there be a problem with any part of your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
For European and Worldwide orders over 2kg we will email you with the delivery price once you have completed the checkout.
Orders are normally processed and despatched on the same day if received before 1pm
UK Delivery: Our maximum standard delivery charge is £6.99 for UK Mainland and £11.99 for the rest of the UK for any amount of items.
Free delivery on orders over £75 (excluding VAT) applies to our Standard UK Mainland service only.
Standard UK Mainland, Channel Islands, Offshore Isles, Highlands and Northern Ireland
Lighter orders (under 1.5kg) received before 1pm Monday to Friday are usually processed the same day and sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class post, which in most cases arrives the next day.
Heavier orders (over 1.5kg) are normally sent via courier (signature required). Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Next Working Day and Next Day before 10am/Saturday am (UK Mainland Only)
ALL Next Working Day/Saturday AM orders will need to be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday and require a signature.
Lighter orders (under 1.5kg) are usually sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which should reach you by 1pm the following day.
Heavier orders (over 1.5kg) are sent via Courier. Next Working Day is a 24hr service which is 98% guaranteed, Next Day before 10am/Saturday am is fully guaranteed. Sorry, our Next Day courier services are unavailable to Scottish Highlands including postcodes IV and KW.
Additional Delivery Information
If you would like your order delivered to a business address please include the business name in the shipping details, otherwise your order could be delayed or returned to us. Please ensure that there is someone at the business address to sign for the parcel as we will have to charge for redelivery.
BFPO Delivery:
Lighter orders (under 2kg) are charged at Standard UK Mainland prices - please choose this option when ordering. *For orders over 2kg, once you have placed your order we will find the most competitive courier price based on destination, size and weight of package and email the cost to you for confirmation – you are under no obligation to buy.
European and Worldwide Delivery: Lighter orders below 2kg received before 1pm (GMT) are usually processed the same day and sent out via Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets - please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
For heavier orders over 2 kg, once you have placed your order we will find the most competitive courier price based on destination, size and weight of package and email the cost to you for confirmation – you are under no obligation to buy.
Cancellations/Returns:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our website and claim a full refund of the price paid for the goods. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing via email/post within seven [7] working days following the day of delivery. We will confirm your cancellation via email - the goods must then be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition i.e. unopened with any seals and shrink wrap intact within ten [10] days. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us - unfortunately, original delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Redelivery Charges:
Items over 1.5kg in weight or £50 total cost will need to be signed for, if the postman/courier are unable to obtain a signature or fit a parcel through your letterbox a card will be left for you to contact your local sorting office/courier depot to collect or organise redelivery. If you do not contact your sorting office/courier depot within the time specified your parcel will be returned to us and unfortunately we will have to charge for redelivery.
If your parcel is being sent to a business address, to eliminate any confusion, please include the name of the business in the shipping address and make sure there is someone to sign for it as we will have to charge for redelivery.
If your parcel is returned to us for any of the above reasons and you decide you no longer want the item, unfortunately, we cannot refund the delivery charge and will also have to deduct a 15% handling charge.

Environmental Policy:
Packaging
As part of our environmental policy we reuse 95% of all boxes and packaging that come into our warehouse and recycle the rest.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to reduce the amount of waste created by electronic equipment. The regulations also mean that manufacturers of electrical equipment now need to pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment and that the suppliers of equipment, like high street shops and internet retailers are now able to allow customers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
Funky Leisure can offer customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a customer bought a new torchfrom us we would accept their old torch and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Customers can either bring their old item into our shop (with the receipt for their new item) or send their order details via email and return their like for like item by post (unfortunately, posted costs cannot be refunded).

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
