Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) are despatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Friday and orders placed on a weekend or Public Holiday will be despatched on the next working day*. Therefore, orders placed after 1pm Friday will not be despatched until Monday.
Returning an Item
If you would like to return an unwanted item(s) or cancel an order, please contact us via email at sales@funkyleisure.co.uk within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will then confirm your return request via email and provide you a unique returns number and further details on how to return your item(s) to us.
All items must be returned to us in an unused and resalable condition (including all packaging and labels) within 14 days of recieving your returns number.
