Heat Factory Foot Warmer Insoles are designed to heat in the restricted air environment of a shoe or boot for up to 7 hours. Simply place the foot warmers under socks and these thin, comfortable insoles will provide soothing warmth underneath your feet. Heat Factory Foot Warmer Insoles are sold in pairs and can be used daily or whenever feet are cold - one size fits all.

Instructions
